We are the busiest society on the planet. But are we the most results-focused? We work more hours than most countries. But are we utilizing every one of those hours to maximize your final goals. The next time you are bogged down with emails, overwhelmed by phone calls, or pummeled by paperwork, ask yourself one question, “Is this the absolute best use of my time right now?” Dr. Stephen Covey has just about every answer you need to become highly effective.
Do you have the end in mind? Not many of us do. It is worth taking the time to write a plan that starts with the end and then go backwards. This makes the goal seem all of a sudden something that is achievable.
