A few years ago I stumbled into the world of trading.  My interest is on road a little less traveled than most.  My interest lies in the Forex currency market.  This a market that is open 24 hrs a day, six days a week, 365 days a yr.  Trading begins when the Australian and New Zealand banks open Sunday night, and the market does not close until our US banks close Friday at 4pm.  That leaves six days of trading available.  As a trader you may trade all six days or you may one day.   All trading is done online.  Since we are trading currency, we have the option to trade many currency pairs or just one pair.  Therefore, I only have to study a few currency pairs rather than 100’s of stocks.

The Forex market fits great into my life.  I can get up in the morning and place a few trades before the kids wake up or even trade if I get up in the middle of night.  The best part about the Forex market is the ability to trade from the beach while on vacation or from the coffee shop or from anywhere there is an internet connection.

I have decided that Forex trading has been in the background of my life for too long.  It is time to move it to the forefront.  I have decided to spend the next year diligently trading daily and keeping a log of my trades to share with everyone.  I am ready for my dream of trading from the beach to come true.
