Easter of this year I decided enough was enough and it was time to get healthy lifestyle.  I don’t want to say “diet” because that means there is end to eating healthy.  For me this is a lifestyle change not a diet.  So, I have lost about 37lbs so far.  I do have another 48lbs to go.  I know I am not the only woman out there with lbs to lose and who can improve her eating habits.  I thought it might be a good idea to keep a daily journal for the next year.  A journal of exercise, food, feelings, juicing, vitamins, and whatever else everyone comes up with. 

I am looking forward to the next year and hearing about all the healthy changes everyone is making in their lives.
